The services are intended for professionals with legal capacity. Access is revoked if an account is suspended.
Listings may be browsed freely by all visitors.
Members can access advanced features (advertisers' contact details, ratings and a personal member area).
Listings are submitted through a form and then approved by an administrator. They remain visible until deactivated (automatic deletion after 30 days of deactivation). Manage them from My listings. Publication is free and unlimited provided it complies with the Terms of Use.
Monetisation through credits/subscriptions (menu: My account > Buy credits). Credits do not expire but are lost if the account is deleted. Payment methods: bank card (secure payment service provider, without storing card details), bank transfer, Western Union. PDF invoices are available under My account > Transactions. Displayed prices include French VAT (excluding other fees).
Djomani SARL may change prices, fees or commissions at any time. Changes take effect when published online. For new offers, the price takes effect upon publication.
Users are responsible for taxes, duties and commissions related to their transactions and release the operator from any liability in this respect.
Centraleagro.com hosts listings without intervening in transactions or guaranteeing product quality or legality, listing accuracy, or the capacity of the parties.
Limited checks (syntax and format) are performed before publication. Accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Third-party links are neither controlled nor guaranteed.
Unlawful content may be removed without notice. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be terminated.
Any unauthorised exploitation (copying, adaptation, rental, communication to the public, etc.) is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
Services are provided as is. Continuous access is not guaranteed. No liability is accepted for data loss, lost profits, unavailability or third-party content.
