Cookies & privacy

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file (text, image or software) placed on your device (computer, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website, subject to the choices you have made. It allows your device to be recognised and certain information to be remembered.

2. Purposes and retention periods

Essential for the website to function (security, session, cart, language). Duration: from a session up to a maximum of 13 months.

With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and conversions (registrations, requests and purchases). Without consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.
Retention: your choice is stored for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of 180 days, without automatic extension.

The analytics module does not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Your consent applies only to analytics.

Internal traffic statistics

When enabled, CentraleAgro counts successful views of public pages, grouped by day, public content and displayed language. These counters do not store additional cookies, IP addresses, account or visitor identifiers, search terms or individual browsing histories. They are used solely to operate this website, are not sent to Google and are retained for no more than 90 days. Recognisable robots are excluded, although filtering is not exhaustive. These statistics are separate from Google Analytics, which still requires your consent.

3. Third-party cookies (social networks, embedded tools)

Third-party services (such as Like/Share buttons, video players, maps and analytics) may place cookies. These third parties may identify you, particularly if you are signed in to their service. We do not control this processing: please consult their privacy policies.

4. How can you manage your cookies?

Strictly necessary cookies allow the website to function. Declining analytics does not block your account or the services. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and deletes Analytics cookies accessible to the website. It does not retroactively delete data already transmitted.

Contact details, passwords, messages and content entered in forms are not included in our Analytics events. Please also consult Google's privacy policy. For a request concerning your data, use our contact form.
